These terms and conditions apply for all consumers. Terms and conditions regarding returns and orders for countries inside of the European Union are found in section §3. Terms and conditions regarding returns and orders for countries outside of the European Union are found in section §3.1 and §3.2.
§1 Payment
To purchase on moonboon.com you must be over 18 years of age and be in possession of a valid debit card, which is accepted on the website. If you have not yet reached the age of 18, you can buy goods if you have obtained the consent of your guardian or otherwise have the legal right to enter into the purchase.
You select the items you want to buy and put them in the "basket". Until the actual time of ordering, you can correct the contents of the basket, and you can continuously check the contents and price of the goods. Any payment of freight is charged in step 2, where you must provide your personal data. When you're ready to order, choose the delivery method, click "Next" and enter your name, address, email, and phone number. A payment window opens, where you select the form of payment and complete the payment. You can change the contents of your shopping cart until you press the "Approve and Pay" button. After that, your order is completed and registered.

No fees are charged for credit cards.
The amount will not be drawn from your card account until the goods are dispatched.
If you pay through PayPal, you are not protected by the scheme granting the right to object. Read more about the conditions on the PayPal website.
§2 Freight & delivery times
At moonboon.com, we offer delivery to your home address or to your workplace, and you can choose to pick up the item at one of the designated pick-up points in your area. The price for this will be stated when ordering and will appear in the total amount before you approve the order.
Delivery times vary depending on your country and delivery method. Delivery times will be displayed during checkout in accordance with your chosen delivery method (3-6 business days). Please note that due to a high order volume during campaigns like Black Days or during busy periods like Christmas, delivery delays may occur. We are preparing all orders with great care and are doing our best to ship all orders as soon as possible.
Delivery is free on orders above 250€.

Ordered products are shipped together.
If we are sold out and accept pre-orders, please relate to the delivery date stated on the website and on your order confirmation. If your order contains pre-ordered items, your order will be shipped together when those items are back in stock.
Moonboon is responsible for the goods until you have received them.
If you want the item to be placed at your address, you must contact the carrier yourself.
Unclaimed packages
If the package is returned from the parcel shop, we can charge the real return costs that we are charged by the carrier. If you wish to receive the goods again, you will have to pay for new freight on re-delivery.
§3 Cancellation rights
As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase.
This cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your goods. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.
The period means that you have 14 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. You can send an e-mail to hello@moonboon.com or make use of the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the end of the terms of business.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you inform us at the same time.

Cancelling part of the purchase
If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order.
Please note that freight charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.
Returning the goods
When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 14 days in which to return the goods to us.
You yourself must pay for returning the package, and you will be liable if it is damaged during transport.
The state of the article when you return it
If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.
We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, an amount of your refund of the return will be deducted to cover handing cost and those of the new packaging.
Refund of the purchase sum
If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.

§3.1. Terms and conditions for non-EU order
3.1.1 Assumption of Risks
Non-EU consumers understand and accept that, by purchasing products from our company, they assume all risks associated with the purchase and use of the said products. Our company shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use or misuse of the purchased products by non-EU consumers.
3.1.2 Product Compliance
While our company ensures that the products meet the regulatory standards and requirements of the European Union, non-EU Consumers acknowledge that the products may not comply with the specific regulations or laws of their country of residence. Our company shall not be liable for any non-compliance issues arising in non-EU jurisdictions.
3.1.3 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
§4 Right to make complaints
When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.
This means that you have a right to complain within 24 months. Please contact us before you return the article.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you may either have the item repaired or replaced, or your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
If the package is damaged on reception, please refuse reception and contact Moonboon as soon as possible.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered a defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time.
You can complain by contacting us by email on hello@moonboon.com or by telephone on +45 89 87 75 75. Depending on the specific situation, you will receive the further instructions.
As a starting point, you will receive a return note by email, which you must print, fill in and attach the item when you return.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your freight costs (within reason).
If the complaint is not justified, you must bear the cost of transportation yourself, including our freight costs for returning the goods after examination.
The article must always be retuned in suitable packaging. Remember also to obtain a receipt for dispatch, so that we can pay back your freight costs.
You are in charge of the item yourself until we receive it. Therefore, save postal receipt including information about freight costs as well as any track and trace number.

When you return the article, please attach a detailed description of the problem.
We will send you a complaint form, which you are asked to fill out before a repair can begin.
§5 Prohibition of purchases for planned resale
Moonboon.com has a quantity limit per order to prevent purchases through the website from being made for planned resale. It is therefore not possible to order more than 5 pieces of each item unless otherwise agreed. If Moonboon considers that a customer is buying for resale, Moonboon reserves the right to cancel one or more of these orders.
§6 Personal data policy
We need the following information when you trade with us: Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
We register and pass on the personal details which are necessary to deliver the goods to you.
Personal data is registered with Moonboon International ApS and is kept for five years, after which the details are deleted.
In addition, we work with a number of other companies who store and process data. These companies process the data exclusively on our behalf and must not use them for their own purposes.
We work only with processors of data in the EU or in countries where your data will be given adequate protection.
On moonboon.com, the person responsible for data is Moonboon International ApS.
You are entitled to be told what details about you we process.
If you believe the details are inaccurate, you are entitled to have them corrected. In certain situations, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to do so. These could, for instance, be data which are no longer necessary for the purpose we used them for. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data are being processed in a way that is against the law. You can also write to us at: hello@moonboon.com
§7 Limitation of liability
The non-product related information about babies on this website is a summary of input from a variety of sources, but customers should be advised that Moonboon has NO MEDICAL EXPERTISE and does not purport to advise parents beyond the recommended use of the products sold. Use of the Moonboon products constitutes the customer’s acceptance of the responsibility for operating them correctly.

To complain about goods or services, the goods or services must have a value between 1.110 DKK and 100.000 DKK. If the goods you want to complain about are clothes or shoes the value must be at least 720 DKK. A fee will be charged.
